I LOVE Nutter Butters. So,when I found this recipe,it was like an answer to a prayer:)
I will share the recipe with all of you.
There goes that 5 pounds I lost.............

This recipe makes about 24 cookies.
Cookie Dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 pound butter ;at room temp.
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
Filling:
1/2 pound butter;at room temp.
1 cup peanut butter
3 1/3 cup powered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For the cookie dough,mix together in a bowl,flour,baking powder and baking soda.Set aside.
Using mixer with paddle attachment,cream together butter and peanut butter,add sugars,beating at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Turn mixer to low speed and beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture,beating on low speed till mixture is incorporated.
Add oats and mix well.
Chill dough in fridge for at least one hour.
Roll dough into 2 inch balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets,about 3 inch's apart(the cookies will spread during baking)
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cool cookies completely before filling.
For the filling,blending together the butter,peanut butter and powered sugar with electric mixer till creamy and smooth.
Spread filling on cooled cookie,press another cookie on top.
