~Stove Love~
I am just gonna get down to business, folks.
This post is all about stoves.
If you are anything like me , grab a towel to swab up all the drool.
There are some lovelies in here.
Which one is your favorite?
I don't think I could pick just one!!! But if I had to it would be the large silver one with the gold accents or maybe the jade green one, or the yellow - see told you I couldn't just pick one.
I can't pick just one. I kept thinking the one I was looking at was the best, then I'd scroll to the next one... These are the times that I wish my kitchen wasn't so small (or at least the space where my stove goes).
I LOVE stoves, I have 2 Godin stoves (http://www.godincookers.co.uk/img/chatelaine-brochure.pdf), one is a wood burner and one is gas and electric and I love them to bits! I LOVE the yellow one in your selection......o warm and cosy! Karen
I'm partial to anything that is propane with a center griddle-that's what I have-and anything from Glenwood since I grew up with a Glenwood wood stove and it is also my father in-law's first name :)
So....I can't have them ALL?? I suppose that would involve having too many homes so I'm going with stove #2. They are all wonderful, I really don't understand folks who race to Pacific Sales or the likes and buy overly expensive cookers when gems like these are available. Interesting...after scrolling through others comments it seems several like the yellow one too!!
Hi there,I found your blog through stitches from wales, blog hopping.Love your blog and have joined, love the stoves, the green & creams my favourite! take care, love julie.xxxx
I am a Prairie Rose.
I am a married to my very own Farmer Boy.
I love front porches and the sounds of a wooden screen door slamming, crickets chirping and the clack of my knitting needles.
I like the smell of homemade bread coming out of a country kitchen.
I drink large amounts of tea, and read old novels when I am not chasing sheep through the pasture or waging war on the weeds on our farm.

ReplyDeletePut me down for the yellow one. I'd love an Aga in an old farmhouse kitchen.....for now I'll just dream.
ReplyDelete#1 or #6. But especially #1. :)
ReplyDeleteSeriously Hesper, you are going to make me pick a favorite. I can't. They are just too wonderful.
