I am a Prairie Rose.
I am a married to my very own Farmer Boy.
I love front porches and the sounds of a wooden screen door slamming, crickets chirping and the clack of my knitting needles.
I like the smell of homemade bread coming out of a country kitchen.
I drink large amounts of tea, and read old novels when I am not chasing sheep through the pasture or waging war on the weeds on our farm.
FAB photo and I LOVED her too.....
ReplyDeleteIt's so great to see pics such as this. Nice to see that some of the great actresses were real people underneath all the glam.

ReplyDeleteAnd such poise while she's at it. Love it.

ReplyDeleteI have been a knitting fool lately. Just can't seem to get enough of it. I believe obsessed it the correct word!
ReplyDeleteShe was one of my very favorite actreses. I still enjoy her movies. I didn't know she had taken up knitting. I knit too.
ReplyDeleteWow what a great find, love this!
ReplyDeleteShe really does look stunning. And that was even before the "knitting is the new yoga" concept.
