St. Paddy's Day Countdown!



Do you have your beef in your brine a-soaking or do you have your corned beef bought yet?

  6. Epicuriously speaking, (is that a word?), this is my FAVORITE annual holiday!!! Yes, we need to buy one corned beef to eat, and because it's on sale right now, buy another to freeze!!!
